They contacted the rental car company while an estimate was being done at the same time and by the time the vehicle estimate was done, the rental car company was already there waiting to take me to get my rental. Caliber handled all the paperwork, for everything and with everybody!! Communication is definitely 5 stars!! I was kept informed regularly during the entire process.
